I stayed at this 4-star hotel and I must say, it was quite luxurious! The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is perfect, situated near the dining area, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat. The room itself was spacious and clean, providing enhanced comfort. The hotel also offers a wide range of amenities, such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning, ensuring that all of my needs were met. Additionally, the hotel has a beautiful garden area with garden furniture, where I could relax and take in the scenery.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

the staff was excellent and we greatly enjoyed buffet breakfast. az en anyosom, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel. our room looked out at lake balaton which was a plus. we would have extended the stay on our next trip to heviz.

The facilities for kids were amazing with strollers and changing tables in every room. The outdoor playgrounds and pool were great. The staff at reception were always helpful and offered solutions to all my queries. The hotel's location in the restaurant next to the reception was convenient, and the food was tasty.

Nothing all excellent.

Very nice place for families with small children which are almost 100% of all the guests there. Nice place to be in during the cold or rainy weather since all the facilities are connected and do not require you to go outside in oder to move around. Even better during the sunny, warm period since outdoors also give opportunity for children to play and enjoy their time (pool, playgrounds, a lot of green areas...). Rooms are very good, interior design is very pleasent, cleaned every day, look new alomst as not used before.

Small thing, but almost non of the info except one in the restorant is in English. This is not a problem since most of the staff speaks the language, or if they dont they are polite and trying to help you anyway. Few more english tv channels would be good (there was only one, but not for children). Price is high, this is not a cheep fun to have with your kids, but if you can afford it, you will not regret later on.

The hotel is indeed family friendly. There are plenty of programs for kids (specially for little ones): pools, playgrounds, 2 playhouses, indoor climbing frame, pony riding etc. We also liked, that there is an "only adults"wellness area with swimming pool, a little pool with the thermal water from Heviz ( the most famous thermal water of Hungary) and sauna. The kindergarden teachers in playhouses were very nice and also the stuff at reception were extremely polite and helpfull.

The food wasn't as good as usually in hotels in Hungary. Also the service in restaurant does need some improvement.

Loved staying here! Best aspects were the indoor play areas for children and the three different pools. the rooms were child, friendly and the staff were attentive. Great value for money and the restaurant offered quality food. A bonus was the in, house shop, which made it easier to keep my children entertained.

Disliked having to walk long distances to get from one area of the hotel to another and not having enough English, speaking staff around.

The hotel is located in a great place, near the Balaton lake, perfect for family holidays. the kids wellness area was impeccable, with games and activities tailored to all ages. the restaurant was excellent, offering varied and delicious dishes for both kids and adults, particularly in the main area where it was the busiest. the rooms were well-equipped and child-friendly, boasting nice colours and furniture. the breakfast sets a high bar in terms of quality and diversity with fruits as the highlight, and the staff provided excellent service too.

The pool area tended to be crowded, and sunbeds were scarce at times.

Spent Xmas holidays at a hotel perfect for families. Loved the variety of activities available for kids, ranging from indoor play areas to outdoor playgrounds. , the pools were amazing and offered different water temperatures to cater for everyone, including toddlers and adults. the location was ideal, next to a famous lake to explore. Lastly, the food was tasty and had a variety of options for everyone’s taste buds.

The hotels drinks were very expensive. the hotel could have provided more toys in better condition to keep the kids occupied.
